Through The Ranks

Spencer has come up ‘through the ranks’ From asm(at 15 !) Through dsm – actor – csm etc. Now he is proud to say there is not one position in a production that he has not got a working knowledge of.

Company Manager

As a CSM (CM) he has an absolute passion and pleasure in being able to assist in creating and keeping up the high standards of a production.

Touring

Equally at home with ‘pre production planning’, H&S, ‘ins & outs’, company issues,touring logistics and dealing with venue managements and crews.

Financials

He has a thorough knowledge of wage sheets (west end & touring) and keeps a very good petty cash system.

Unflappable

His computer skills are well above average (as is his ‘people skills’) He always keeps a firm hand with his own company management and protocol. An unflappable man – nothing is a ‘problem’…only ‘situations’ that can be resolved with the least amunt of fuss.

Professional

One last thing…he is the upmost professional in all he does – and has a fine sence of humour too!!

Cruise Director

Spencer spent a good deal of 25 years as a Cruise Director for various shipping Companies...Fred. Olsen Lines, TUI, Voyages of Discovery, Costa etc. In his own words...a good way to see the world and get paid for it !!
